Remove blinds/curtains, clear furniture and breakables near the windows, and provide clear access inside and outside. We will share a simple prep checklist before your install.

Yes. Installation is available year-round, with a temperature cutoff of -15 degrees Celsius.
How does the exterior impact the installation process or risk of damage?
Exterior materials impact the installation process, with vinyl being the easiest to manage, whereas stucco, hardy board, and wood siding are more rigid and complex. For tall buildings, we use specialized equipment, such as scaffolding or, rarely, cranes for larger windows.
Do your crews remove and replace one window at a time to minimize heat loss in winter during the installation process?
To minimize heat loss in winter, our crews typically replace three to five windows at a time and may request that clients vacate the home during the process. We perform full-frame replacements and avoid leaving existing frames in the rough opening.
What warranty do you provide for your services and your products?
Products carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty for defects, while the company provides a 10-year installation warranty. All warranties are fully transferable to new homeowners.
Does the manufacturer warranty cover hail damage to the vinyl frames, weather stripping, or bug screens?
No. Unfortunately, any God act is not technically a window manufacturer’s problem. Therefore you do have your house insurance and your house insurance usually covers all these damages.
Are triple-pane windows truly necessary for Calgary winters, or is double-pane sufficient for our climate?
We only sell triple pane windows. Double pane is a no-go.
How well do the exterior frames, glass, and screen hold up against Calgary's severe summer hail storms?
Screens and glass and frame can all be damaged by fairly large hail. Any small hail will not be damaging or busting screens or glass. So, it all depends on the size of the hail. Don’t expect the window to stand up to a baseball size ball. If the hail can dent a vehicle, then it can definitely dent a window or even break through it.
