Sunbusters provides window and door consultation, sales, and installation services in southern Alberta. Services are subject to the specific written quote provided to each customer; nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
All quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices include materials, labour, and the warranties referenced in the signed contract. Site conditions discovered after acceptance may require a written change order.
A deposit is required to schedule a contract signing; the balance is due upon substantial completion. Accepted payment methods are listed on each invoice. Past-due balances accrue interest at the lesser of 2% per month or the highest rate permitted by law.
Each product carries the manufacturer’s warranty as published on the supplier’s website. Sunbusters additionally warrants its installation labour for five (5) years from the date of substantial completion. Warranty service requires written notice within the warranty period.
Customers may cancel an installation contract within the first 100 days of signing for a full refund of the deposit, less any custom-order materials already produced. After custom production begins, deposits become non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunbusters’ aggregate liability arising out of or related to a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Sunbusters for that project. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
